About the authors

Rhonda Borman is a professional speaker and storyteller. In addition to Dusty Sees The World, she is author of the audio book Taking Mama Home and Other Unexpected Experiences. Rhonda, who holds masters degrees in both behavioral science and social work, served as a child therapist for 20 years. She currently writes the child behavior column for the trade journal Today’s Playground. Rhonda maintains a small private practice in Nashville, TN, and is available to consult with parents and professionals to insure that children are happy and safe.

Co-authoring Dusty Sees The World is Danielle Borman, Rhonda's granddaughter. Danielle believes that all parents need to listen to their children, especially about scary stuff. She also believes that parents' jobs include spending time with their children and helping their children learn how to solve problems, instead of telling them what to do. In addition to writing, Danielle enjoys art and ballet.
